It provides 16 C13 outlets in two load banks with independent circuit breakers, plus a digital meter that displays continuous power consumption for each bank, enabling IT personnel to monitor the PDU's load on site. Featuring a built-in SNMPWEBCARD, the PDUMH30HVNET provides full remote power monitoring and control via a secure network or web browser interface. Used with an optional environmental sensor module (Tripp Lite model ENVIROSENSE), the PDUMH30HVNET can also provide temperature/humidity and dry contact interfaces monitoring. The PDUMH30HVNET has an all-metal housing and a switchless design to prevent accidental shutoff. The PDUMH30HVNET is suitable for 2U rackmount installation as well as wall-mount, workbench, under-counter and similar installations. For peace of mind, the PDUMH30HVNET comes with a 2-year warranty.

The PDUMH30HVNET gives IT personnel enhanced oversight of network power conditions. It remotely monitors site power conditions and PDU load levels, and supports notification and logging of all major power events and user-specified alarm thresholds via email or SNMP traps. Real-time clock backup maintains the time of day and date even if the PDU is shut down and unpowered. Used with Tripp Lite's optional ENVIROSENSE sensor, the PDUMH30HVNET can also remotely monitor temperature/humidity conditions plus up to four dry contact interfaces for alarm, security and telecom devices. These capabilities simplify and streamline the task of network power management.

BUILT-IN NETWORK INTERFACE WITH BROAD COMPATIBILITY

The PDUMH30HVNET features a built-in SNMPWEBCARD that enables full remote access for power monitoring, configuration and control via a secure network or web browser interface. The PDUMH30HVNET provides 10/100 Mbps auto-sensing for optimal communication compatibility with a 10/100 Base-T network. Protocols supported include HTTP, HTTPS, PowerAlert Network Management System, SMTP, SNMPv1, SNMPv2, Telnet, FTP, DHCP, BOOTP and NTP. DHCP/Manual configuration support provides the ability to have network settings automatically assigned to the card, or manually assigned via permanent IP addresses.

REMOTE OUTLET CONTROL

The PDUMH30HVNET's 16 C13 outlets are individually controllable via network or web browser interface, providing a higher level of network power control. These controllable outlets enable power management tasks such as load shedding, load ramping and rebooting of locked-up network devices to be performed remotely. Unused outlets can be disabled to prevent the connection of unauthorized equipment loads.

OPTIMIZED FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

The PDUMH30HVNET is designed for reliable distribution of AC power to supported equipment in IT and similar applications. It features a rugged all-metal case, high-quality outlets, a 30A circuit breaker and a switchless design to prevent accidental shutoff.

DIGITAL CURRENT METER

Assure proper load balance with the PDUMH30HVNET's easy to read, digital LED meter that can display the total load and the load on each bank individually. This meter enables IT personnel to monitor the total load on the PDU in real time, allowing more equipment to be safely connected with no danger of overloading the PDU or its individual power supply circuits. Plus, the outlets are factory programmed for sequential turn-on when the PDU is first powered on to prevent inrush-related equipment interaction on start-up and safeguard against costly overloads.
