Connects an HDMI Audio/Video Source to an 8K DisplayPort Monitor
The P130-06N-DP-8K lets you connect your existing 8K DisplayPort monitor or projector to an HDMI audio/video source, like a Blu-ray player, laptop or media server. Ideal for home theaters, trade shows, office presentations, lectures and digital signage, this active adapter video converter saves you the extra cost of adding a new HDMI display to your application.
Transmits 8K Video and Digital Audio with HDR and 4:4:4 Color
The P130-06N-DP-8K supports Ultra HD 8K resolutions up to 7680 x 4320 at 30 Hz with 7.1-channel surround sound and 36-bit True Color. It supports High Dynamic Range (HDR), providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your 8K display. HDCP 2.3 encryption allows you to stream 8K content with no loss in resolution. This adapter also supports uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or for using your HDTV as a PC monitor.
Also Connects a DVI or Mini-DVI Source
With an optional HDMI-to-DVI or -mini-DVI adapter (such as the P566 Series, sold separately), you can also use this active converter to connect your 8K DisplayPort monitor to a DVI or mini-DVI source.
Plug-and-Play Operation for Quick Setup and Immediate Use
The HDMI-to-DisplayPort converter works right out of the box with no software required. If extra power is needed, connect its built-in USB plug to your laptop's USB-A port. This cable is small enough to fit into your briefcase, backpack or laptop bag so you can take it with you wherever you go.
