I would love to give it a 5 star

I would love to give it a 5 star. Its build better than any case I have owned and its rugged. The issue is its causing my Surface Pro 2018 version to overheat after having it on for 4-6hrs of constant use. It seems to hold the heat and not allow it to vent properly. Maybe the molding on mine is off but it got so hot at least 2 of the times its caused errors to appear for overheating.

Sturdy case, problem with kickstand

Sturdy case and allows use of MagConnect handstrap and external Typepad, but the foldout kickstand has very stiff hinge and will not longer close flat after a week of use. I cannot fit my Surface in this case into my padded sleeve anymore as a result. Hoping someone at The Joy Factory will respond with a fix.

Worth the price (industrial/commercial use)

Very impressed with the mount! Works great and keeps the iPad very secure and in place. A bit on the pricy side, but for industrial purposes (where we use it) it's worth the extra few dollars.

Solid and Sturdy

The mount was solid and sturdy and works very well. The flexibility to mount the tablet on either side is key when it's unsure where the usb and power ports will be.
