I really enjoy the freedom it gives me from not being tethered to my laptop. What I don't like is it takes many attempts to make sure the connection is good when it is put in the base for it to actually charge. I don't know if this is normal or maybe there is an issue with the one I received.

Use for working from home. Feels comfortable on my head. Sometimes hard to her caller and sometimes caller can not hear me. After my ship this headset needs to be charged right away. Does not hold a charge thru my shift. My LG tone work just as well.

I feel like Madonna for starters, lol, but in all seriousness...so intuitive and easy to connect up to my i-phone. I've used for cell phone line conference calls, and on ZOOM web-based conference calls. In both cases, I was told I sounded much clearer than before when I used my phones speakerphone option. I also like that the USB on the charging station provides another easy way to charge my phone. The Headset rests comfortably, and the ear-pad is soft and comfy too. I may get the dual sided for when I'm not in my own office or have competing ambient noise. But for home office or closed office work without competing noise, this is perfect.
