Absolutely love these holders the only ones I can find that will hold my iPhone 13 pro max with a case on and a pop socket. Only problem I have is that the suction cup seems to give out eventually so I have used epoxy to seal it to the base piece that comes with it.

Everyone should have a phone holder when driving, so you can be hands free. I like the versatility of this product, since it gives you three ways to easily install the system in your car. This item is working to perfection and gives me versatility when I am driving.

I had the old version of this model for 3 years and it was amazing. I lost one of the foam pads on it and the arm started to give out. After 3 years, I was fine with that. They changed the design and the new one sucks! I bought it April 22nd. The goose neck arm never bent correctly and was very loose. It didn't hold it's position in place. The previous version was very sturdy and never moved from position unless you moved it. The phone never sat correctly. The suction occasionally popped off the window on it's own. The previous version held and never moved. Today the back just broke off from of no where when I put my phone in the holder as I always do. Its absolutely useless on June 17th, so less than 2 months after I purchased it. I specifically went looking for the exact same model as my precious one because of how much I loved it. It was perfect for my needs. It is now to late for me to send this back to Amazon. This used to be a fantastic model. I was concerned when I got this new one to see the changes but assumed the company has made the changes for the better. I would have given the original model 5 stars. Now I have to look for a new one.

As with anything you install it must be done properly. When you put the flat plate down on the surface you need to make sure the surface is truly flat. Place the platoon the surface without taking the adhesive off of the plate. Make sure there are no gaps under the plate this can be caused by rounding surfaces so if it still gaps push the plate back as far as necessary to the windshield once it’s good remove the adhesive and put the suction cup on the plate. If you follow this method your good to go. This is far better than putting it on the glass window as the glass will sweat and the suction cup will release. Enjoy!
