Does what it says, but on both win 10 and 11 it caused critical crashes that were directly associated with this all in one. Freeze crash & BSOD crash. Haven't had the time to figure out where the incompatibility lies but TB -related perhaps. In any event I base this one the crashing and freezing problem resolving instantly after bypassing the all in one. I continue to use it without issues. I was swapping in & out plug n play TB SSD's so maybe that overwhelmed it? Shouldn't happen though

I tired 2 other Thunderbolt 4 docks, one of which kept disconnecting drives on sleep and did not wake up the computer with input form the USB keyboard, and the other randomly did not drive my monitor. So far, this one seems to just work, which I can ask for!

Thunderbolt 4 docks are not inexpensive, but I bought this on the recent Prime Day and the savings were substantial. Installation was a breeze and everything worked first shot. It has simplified my wiring set up and now when I want to take my MacBook Pro mobile, I only have one cable to unplug instead of four. Highly recommended

Seemed promising but had to return as after an hour of testing with support it turned out the Ethernet port did not work. Super disappointed.
