These are not the cheapest bulbs on the market, but they are smart bulbs, and they can be controller with smart home controllers that support Zigbee. The color on these is also very good and the brightness is stellar as well. I have tried other bulbs (both smart and dumb bulbs) and none of them give you the color, look or features of these bulbs. If you are looking for a smart bulb, spend the money.

Hue bulbs are great bulbs and these are no exception. I love how you can change the temperature, you dont even need the hub or app, I'm just using the hue remote and you can dim and change between warm yellow, bright white and bright blue. Dimming range is also great on these. Removed 2 stars because these aren't 60w replacement, they are a 40w replacement, box even says 40w on them. Amazon needs to update their pictures and product details

I appreciate being able to shift the color with a decorative bulb format. Thanks Phillips Hue for making this specialty item. I am able to include all of the lights in the scene choices.

These lights are great, they're expensive but work like a charm and get plenty bright! I was able to easily pair them with my smartthings motion sensors. The ability to change color temperature and brightness is a nice feature of these.
