Philips ACC0233 Playback Stethoscope Headphones Dictation and Playback Systems Without Joint and One-Ear Hook 3.5 mm Jack Anthracite

Grossly disappointed with this. For the money I expected something of much better quality. Instead this is flimsy plastic, something that would be expected on a much cheaper model. The ear pieces do not stay in the ears. The audio quality is abysmal. I have cheapie $7 earbuds that are superior to this $50+ headset. My transcription job is demanding in that I am describing audios recorded in difficult environments with difficult and hard to understand interviewees. Every word, every interjection, every breath sound is important and this headset only picked up the big sounds, and even then that was a strain. I have no alternative but to return these.
