We use these antenna's on every piece of equipment and trucks that we own. They are excellent antenna's.

Very good antenna.

The magnetic base holds really good. Have went under tree limbs and hit it, and it has not moved at all. Didn't hat to reset it for the standing wave, the standing wave was very low. Seams to receive and get out really good.

No customer service at all. Need to get a refund but there's no one who can help.

I can't even say that the customer service is poor because there is none at all. Amazon can't help and will only direct me to contact the manufacturer, but there's no way to contact the seller or manufacturer. The Cobra website has a web form and that's about it. I want to return this because my dad and I were supposed to install this on our car but he got seriously ill and was even bedridden for several months. I asked for a refund on compassionate grounds because we don't need this system anymore and there's no way we can install this. It completely slipped my mind considering what happened to my dad. Cobra has not replied and Amazon is not willing or able to help. Terrible experience. I'm basically left with no other option than to leave a bad review like this.
