Soft and pillowy.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. It is soft and very easy to get it into a comfortable position. The material is soft to the touch and it has just the right filling to be comfortable. We got it delivered as advertised. No complaints at all

Supportive and effective

It supports well and is fairly comfortable; I like the support and comfort of the microbeads. Two small complaints: It's quite warm when worn for some time and it would be nice if it had a removable cover that could be put into the wash. That said, I could see this neck support being very handy on a long car, train, plain, or bus trip.

Die bled on collar of work shirts

Pillow was died black that bled on shirt collars 4 shirts ruined

i like the micro bead, but there is very little flex in this neck pillow

would have better a better design, if I could adjust firmness
