This pillow is as hard as a rock. It provides no comfort in my opinion. I am in the process of returning it.

This was just the solution I needed for a misaligned hip. Sleeping with the knee pillow has meant my legs and therefore my hips are aligned during sleep. My osteopath recommended a pillow and this one stays in place due to its shape. Great design.

Pillow was ordered to help with my wife's sore hips. While it took a few nights to get used to it, it has made the way she feels in the morning much better. Worth the money for waking up feeling better.

When I looked at purchasing a pillow to ease my lower back pain, I found several on Amazon. I read all the reviews positive and negative. I decided to purchase this one due to the price and that it was manufactured by a well known company. I found it perfect and helps my back pain so when I wake in the morning I am not as sore. This knee pillow is better then any regular pillow as it stays in place and the contours assist with it staying in place. I am on the larger side and did not find that it was too soft or too hard. It is perfect and I am very happy with my purchase. It is easy to be dissuaded by the negative reviews but I only have positive comments. I recommend the purchase.

It helps with pain in my hips. I wish it compressed a bit more as I'm 120 pounds and find I can only use it every second night. Maybe with time it will compress more and be more comfortable for every-night sleeping.
