The fit and design is superb. However, the earbuds are full of software bugs. I cannot get stereo audio on my phone. The audio comes from one earbud only. When using the Creative BT-L3 dongle the ANC goes all wacky like the left and right channels have completely different tuning. This is not to mention I had to return the first set because the right channel was completely dead due to a hardware defect. No speaker at all. They sound tinny and unnatural like a typical $30 earbud. Aurvana Ace is a much better set from Creative. I mean MUCH better. I hope Creative puts LC3plus Codec into a more premium set of earbuds.

They seem to have the same driver as the regular Zen Air but updated Bluetooth 5.3 LE etc. Very good sound quality overall. No issues. Completed a firmware update upon first opening. Great
