This is an amazing air cooler. Easy to install and keeps my CPU cool. Although keep in mind that I did swap the fan for rgb fans in order to match the look of the build. I also bought this cooler as refurbished which was at a lower price.

Decided to forgo a liquid cooler for this set up and I have to say this unit keeps the CPU a lot cooler than the Corsair h80i v2 I used with my previous build, which also has an i5 10600K in an MSI Z490 MPG series board. During Heaven benchmark tests the temps were around 10 degrees lower. Getting it installed was a bit tricky. There must be a better way to attach the fans to the heatsink than the thin snap on metal brackets that are used to secure them and they have to be taken off during installation. The rest of the installation steps on the other hand, weren't too much trouble with the IKEA style instruction booklet. It's big but fits easily into a mid-sized case. Nice and quiet so far. No lights, just a (mostly) simple and effective CPU cooler.

I recently built a new system using the Ryzen 5 3600. When putting together my parts, I was advised the stock Wraith cooler was sufficient, so I stuck with that for the first few weeks of using my system. I kept a close eye on my temperatures, as I was curious how they'd compare to my old Intel-based system that was using a Cooler Master cooler. This is on an X570-P Asus MB with a P300A Phanteks chassis. On the whole, while using my computer for my work, which isn't overly demanding - involves the use of a virtual machine, lots of video conferencing, and regular use of Microsoft Office products, including Power BI - I typically saw temperatures around the mid 40's in my CPU Package, with them regularly bouncing into the 50's. When my computer was idle, the lowest temperature I ever saw was 35 celsius, and that's with me doing literally nothing for several minutes. I should add that my chassis has four fans in addition to the Wraith - two intake in the front, and two exhaust (one in back, one at the top). While gaming (nothing demanding, mostly old titles, the newest being Fallout 4 at max settings), I was seeing temperatures stay around the 50's and maxing out in the mid 70's. When benchmarking, the highest temperature I saw was 84 celsius. Having just installed the Cooler Master, done a bit of gaming, and run a benchmarking tool, the highest temperature I've seen so far is 66.4 celsius on the package. The average package temperature I'm seeing is between 32 and 35 celsius, with the lowest temp so far being 31.5 celsius. Haven't measured idle temps, but I'd imagine they'd go into the 20's. Thus, I'm looking at an almost 20 degree celsius reduction when putting the CPU under somewhat intense strain, and an overall reduction of about 10-15 degrees celsius just through regular use. So - colour me impressed! Great product, fairly easy installation (even if you're installing directly into the chassis, as I was), and impressive performance. Glad I made the switch.

Había visto muchas revisiones de este disipador y ya estaba en planes de cambiar el disipador stock de mi Ryzen 5 2600. Con el disipador de stock llegaba a tener temperaturas de hasta 75 grados o incluso 80, y como trabajo con renderizado de videos era impensable continuar así. Al instalarlo y hacer pruebas de estrés, me sorprendió más de lo que esperaba. Logrando temperaturas en stand by de 41 a 43 grados y jugando menos de 60 grados. ¿Lo malo? Quizás sea el tamaño y si no verificamos bien las medidas de nuestro gabinete podría llegar a quedar más grande de lo normal. Pero con mi gabinete Corsair Spec 04 no tuve problemas, entró muy justo y no chocaba con las memorias RAM. La instalación puede llegar a complicarse un poco ya que los soportes que van hacía los postes tienen que ir posicionados de una forma, sino, no puedes encajar los 4 tornillos. Esto sería lo único "malo" por el resto increíble compra y excelente rendimiento para quienes buscan actualizar su disipador de stock, esta es una excelente adquisición que deberían de tenerla en cuenta.
