Smudges and black powder

After unwrapping it there is black powder all over. Only open it on top of a bag or paper or the toner will get everywhere. I had to wipe off the chip and the roller to get it to recognize the new cartridge. Even then when printing I get black smudges on the sides. I would not order from these guys again.

These are garbage.

We ordered two of these and they both look the same out of the box. Toner is everywhere inside the sealed bags. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Tried to salvage one by blowing it off but the print is just not anywhere near acceptable. These are junk - don't buy them. Waste of money.

waste of money

Don't bother spending your money on these, they do not work. There is a chip that is missing an black soot was pouring out of the cartridges when I pulled them out of the box. Totally wasted my money!!! Do not buy these.
