Had to set the monitor to DisplayPort 1.1, as 1.2 with HDR would not stay stable. Signal would show for about 10 seconds and then would just keep flickering back and forth between signal and no signal.

Be aware that these jacks support a maximum resolution of 3840x2160. My 4096x2160 signal did not pass through properly.

I brought 2 of these, and like the other customers I'm getting reduced bandwidth when passing through these jacks. I thought maybe it was the long cables but after cutting down on the length of the cables, it is still causing a problem. Definitely the jacks. One jack is display qhd (2560x1440) at barely 60hz with blinking every 30 secs or so. The other port is only doing 24hz. This means the problem is quality control of these things. If they were both having the same performance you could chalk it up to just pass through issues but if the performance of these two are different, you know it is a quality control issue. I managed to shorten the total length of the cable from the computer to the monitor through these keyports and the highest frequency I can get out of the better one is 85 hz at 2560x1440. The other one still flickers at anything but 24 hz. A single cable that is the longer length is actually getting a better connection than these. Really proves that these ports are the cause of the problem.

I have this keystone jack connected to my PC using a 3ft DisplayPort cable, and a 15ft mini DP to DisplayPort cable connected to a 1080p monitor, and it works perfectly. I don't have any experience using it for 4K, but for my 1080p requirements it works great.

The price finally dropped and now it's an excellent value.
