The innovative input plug eliminates the need for an additional ground wire, which reduces cable clutter, the risk of tripping and potential shock risk to a patient in the event of a ground fault. PREMIUM SAFETY FEATURES HELP ENSURE PROPER POWER CONNECTIONS: With no central power switch, this power strip presents no danger of accidental shutoff and cutting off power to essential devices. Resettable 15-amp circuit breakers protect connected equipment against overloads. Locking plastic safety covers are included to block access to unused outlets. READY FOR INSTALLATION IN DEMANDING MEDICAL ENVIRONMENTS: The six-foot cord gives you some leeway in positioning the power strip away from a standard NEMA 5-15R duplex wall outlet.
