Dass allerdings die integrierten Lautsprecher (selbst ohne Signal) brummen, ist verbesserungswürdig. Wenn man allerdings einen Klinkenstecker in die Klinkenbuchse steckt, werden die Lautsprecher abgeschaltet, sodass das Brummer erlischt.

This monitor is a great size. It's big and gives you so much real estate on the go. The colors are ok. I had to seriously calibrate it out of the box though. It had a weird yellowish cast on whites. That took 20 minutes to get it looking right and even then I wouldn't trust it to color correct something professionally on. The blacks a greyish at full brightness and colors seem to lose some vibrancy at higher brightnesses. But, nothing to bad. I did expect better blacks from a IPS screen though. Build quality is good, it should withstand the average use as long as it doesn't get front impacted. Especially from a random thing in your backpack. That I doubt it would survive many. I have been using it with the screen facing my back in the pack and it's been doing just fine so far. The touchscreen is something that I'm not sure about. I tested it with several phones, ipads and laptops and it never got it to work. So there might be a slim list that actually is compatible with it. But, when I popped up the screens menu options it did, but the accuracy was not there for me to feel like I had good control of the sliders. I constantly had to try to nail the number I was going for because it would jump too much or too little. Overall, it's a great addition for the person on the go. It won't stun you with quality, but it is great to have. Just don't bank on the touchscreen function working with everything.

My personal laptop is a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 with a touchscreen. My work laptop is a Dell Latitude with a touchscreen. My dock is a StarTech that supports up to three external monitors. When I plug either laptop into my dock and have the portable monitor also connected to the dock, the screen works beautifully as a display only. Even though both of the laptops have touchscreens, the touchscreen function doesn't work when connected to a dock. When my Samsung laptop is connected directly to the monitor via USB-C, and there is also external power to the USB-C on the monitor, the touchscreen function does not work. To get the touchscreen to work, I have to connect the laptop to the monitor via USB-C and allow the laptop to power the monitor. And then the touch function works perfectly. The screen is vivid, and it's wonderful for when I'm either travelling or too lazy to sit down at my desk, but I NEED a second monitor because I'm working in two applications simultaneously. With a 15.6" screen on both of my laptops though, I should have gotten a bigger screen instead of the 14" size. Even though it says that there's a headphone jack to connect speakers or headphones, it DOES have a built in speaker. The speaker isn't the best, and music sounds better from my laptop's speakers. Threw me off the first time I played a video and noticed the sound coming from the monitor instead of from my laptop. The included neoprene sleeve is nice, though the first use was a challenge. The flap wasn't big enough, and I had to stretch it to get it closed. Now that it's a little stretched, it's easy to put the monitor into a sleeve and slide it into your laptop bag or drawer until the next time you need it. I'm really happy with it so far, and even though the touch function won't work through my dock, it's a huge productivity boost.
