These fans look amazing! I've got these installed in my BeQuiet! Silent Base 801 case and they look great in it. These fans can be daisy chained together, cutting down on wire clutter in your case. The L-Connect program allows for easy customization of the lighting and fan speeds. These would be a great addition to any case, especially if you're out of addressable RGB headers on your motherboard since these are fully controlled through L-Connect and bypass using RGB headers. The airflow from these 120mm fans is great as well. I highly recommend this UNI Fan SL-Wireless 120mm triple pack by Lian Li!

The media could not be loaded. The pictures can't really communicate how well built these fans are. It's remarkable. With all 3 connected, there is no bend/sag/looseness - it is a solid, single unit. Everything about the HARDWARE is 5-star. The software was frustrating. This is not "plug and play." You need to download a software suite - which is expected. But you are the told you need to do a firmware update... and that's where it gets frustrating. The main problem with the software is the directions are sparse, and not consistent with reality. In a picture you will see what the directions SAY the file will look like... which is different from what you actually download. I spent a lot of time trying to get these to work. Motherboard BIOS, device manager, firmware updates... things you would not expect to do for fans. At the end of the day I'm not even certain what I did to get them working! However once everything is working the fans are impressive: the LEDs are VERY bright! There is very granular control over all aspects of the lighting: my fans have 1 addressable led area, but if you get the fancier version there are 3. Remarkable customization. The software is 500MB... it tries to be a total replacement for PC monitoring software -- it monitors usage, temps, etc etc. for someone like me, who already has a monitoring system, this is bad. Not only are you running another program, but multiple programs trying to access the same hardware sensor can cause issues. Luckily you can set the fans how you want, then terminate all instances of the application, and the settings will remain applied. Overall there is a bit of a paradox with this product: you need a level of PC expertise to get everything working, but if you already have this level of expertise you aren't going to want ANOTHER program running just for these fans. If you are building a new system and using these fans exclusively, and intend to use the monitoring software provided (and nothing else) then these would be perfect. If you can afford them. Oh one last thing: the kit is only has connectors so that all 3 fans MUST be connected to all work. If you have a small case and want to do a single fan somewhere, and 2 fans at the front... well you can't. There may be an additional piece you can buy to run the fans separately - but out of the box you must connect all 3. If you want the best, are okay with spending this much $ on fans, and have the time to get everything setup - these could be for you.
