You cannot beat the Viewsonic line-up. When it comes to durability, sharpness, resolution, and watching your budget,, this is where you want to spend your personal, as well as corporate dollars.

I bought three for a triple setup. Excellent value for money as long as you know what the stats are going to be like in real life. The picture isn't the best gaming/editing monitor out there, but for what they say they are, they match the description perfectly. I rated the picture at 4 for this reason. Excellent value for money, and very simple/light weight design. Bonus for me was the quick-detach monitor stands. The stands themselves are simple but useful enough, and collapse back down the way they were shipped if you want to store them a little easier, they clip solidly to the back of the monitor and that doesn't interfere with any mounts you have also installed.

My second set of ViewSonics in my radio room. I had 24" and these are larger enough to really help my old eyes with seeing the displays without putting on my readers. I have always had good experiences with VS products.

It is passable for speakers. Picture is great.
