If you are looking for a fairly low profile due to a lack opf space behind your computer. These are great. They route the cable up instead of across the back of the case. This minimizes the mechanical interference with the other slots as I experiences with right angle connectors.

Arrived on time. Great for keeping fragile, inaccesible frquently connected and disconnected DVI connectors from getting damaged.

Like others here, my delivered cable is different than what's pictured on Amazon's product page. What was delivered is digital only ['DVI-D'] [fig.3 in the graphic below] It's missing the four extra pins. What Amazon depicts is a digital & analog ['DVI-i', i-integrated] type of connector [fig.4] [Those extra four pins in the DVI-i were designed/included for backwards compatibility for older (analog) CRT monitors, I guess. Those 4 pins [and DVI-i] are probably unnecessary today for newer equipment. Anyway, note that the depicted AND supplied connectors are both dual-link.

Apparently, you get what you pay for. The displayport connector around the wires became loose and so when you moved the cable it would kill the monitor connection from my Dell XPS 12. I went back on Amazon and ordered the Dell connector. Let's see if it is any better.

While it almost looks like it has a 90° angle from the base, it actually is 45° like it says in the title and description. I didn't read the title well, so I was actually surprised when I got it. With the angle and all the plastic, the male end will extend about 2 inches when plugged into the back of your computer. Other than that, it seems like decent quality. When I plug my monitor into it it works. No real complaints about the product itself, though it is only 1ft long, so almost any price would seem high to me.
