Excellent UPS for the money. My only complaint is a slight 60Hz hum the unit makes in operation. Kicks in quickly and the connected load doesn't see any interruptions in power. All the outlets are UPS with one non-UPS (surge protected) dongle - good design. Would like to see provision for external battery with this unit and it would be perfect.

Product was as advertised and worked great . I will use this supplier again as they gave us the best price on this manufactures products. Therefore, in the future we will explore other product offerings.

I have had this unit for 6 years now, and it has worked pretty well. I have not had any data lost from power interruptions. My batteries are pretty shot at this point though. The computer will not run for long on battery power, but it's been this way for maybe the past couple of years. It just seems like the batteries should have a useful life of more than 4 years. Maybe that's typical for these things, but it seems like a pain to have to buy new batteries every 4 or 5 years.

This is the best unit for the money. Well made, lots of available power, including on battery backup. This is our third battery backup unit made by Tripp-Lite and this one replaced our oldest one that was in service until just recently, non-stop since 1998. Tripp-Lite makes a quality product at a very reasonable price.
