Great gaming laptop - but GPU power is very limited to 45W only

So its an RTX 4060 mobile graphics that didn't get great reviews on its desktop version but on mobile its a different story. The 4060 can handle DLSS 3 and also frame generation so playing games that support this like Diablo 4 or Forza Horizon 5 gets really decent framerates. I was pushing the second highest settings for both games mentioned and can get 144fps on this 144hz 1080p monitor. Build is ok, I personally find it gets too hot to the touch and since the body is metal, it can feel hot especially the top left hand corner. SSD that comes with it is around 3500/2800 speeds in crystal mark but I will replace it with a higher storage and faster NVME like the WD SN850x NVME. Cons: the RTX 4060 has a spec of being able to handle 140W GPU TDP - the more power you feed in the more performance you can get out of it. In this case MSI has limited it to 45W only. (Confirmed in HWInfo as MSI Canada does not display this spec - but I believe the US site does) When compared to other laptops and manufacturers ie Acer Nitro 5 (4060) their GPU TDP limit can hit over 115W. So what this means is even though this is a RTX 4060, its max performance is crippled. Even a 3060 running at say 100W GPU TDP it should perform similarly or not better (if you ignore DLSS3/Frame gen etc) So whats the silver lining? You can get a semi good performance out of this 4060 with lower power than an older 3060 with high power. It's really up to how you use this laptop. Will you be running without AC power more for gaming? If so then this is for you. If you plan to plug this in for gaming then you should look at another laptop that has a larger GPU TDP rating.
