This is a kit of two 16 GB DDR5 6000 MHz sticks. They have a slick heat sink/spreader that reminds me of the clean, black angles of a stealth bomber, as opposed to flashy, colourful heat spreaders that come with most RAM nowadays. So these sticks will just blend in, instead of contrasting with your carefully crafted RGB scheme inside your case. The timings are [****] at 1.35V. You should always update your motherboard’s firmware to ensure it supports the latest RAM and has optimized timings and voltages for overclocking.

Previously using a 5200 kit for CS2 and avg fps was in the ~400 ranges. With these 6000mhz Crucial babies, avg FPS are now in the 440~450 ranges which is a near 8% increase!

If you're building yourself a new gaming PC then these sticks of RAM are a great choice if you're looking for something focused on performance rather than extra RGB. Crucial has done a great job with their memory being low-profile with a good heat distribution. As others have mentioned, compatibility is really important to check, especially if you're looking at upgrading an existing PC rather than building an entirely new system. As long as your motherboard supports this style of RAM, then the installation is a breeze with just a quick pop-in and making sure the locks on your motherboard clip over. Price-wise wise this is certainly higher than value RAM but that's due to this memory's focus on high performance for either gaming or production. So if you're springing for a good CPU and GPU then then getting good quality RAM is also something you should strongly consider.

Likes I used this RAM with ASRock DDR5 motherboard and after installing this, I noticed the applications open in a second due to the 6000MHZ speed vs my old corsair vengeance 5600 MHZ RAM. The ram was very easy to install (Tip: when using a pair of rams, you should put your ram sticks in slots A2 and B2). I can run 5-10 tasks at once while using these 32-gigabyte ram sticks due to the speeds and size as with 16 or 8 gigs I always had a stutter in FPS, or my computer always slowed down giving the same performance of a Chromebook. Compared to my corsair vengeance ram I do not experience major FPS drops or stutters as my FPS only drops by 4 frames and I experience no stutters. The Downloads are also faster as i compared the downloads with my old RAM. The ram looks amazing with the origami style Heatsink however when i monitored the ram temperature for my PC it was around 37 deg mark The ram is very sleek and compact, so clearance is not a problem in my case. Dislikes To enable Intel XMP3.0 speeds I had to enable MRC Timing in system bios and disable fast boot which was a big downside for me as I was expecting XMP to enable in 1 click.

I replaced a set of DDR5-7200 sticks with this DDR5-5600 kit because I was tired of having a ton of variables to explain why I can't get my 24/7 workstation PC to not crash periodically. This is what you put in your system when you don't want to trade stability for 1fps more in games, because 13th and 14th gen Intel natively support 5600. The only reason I subtract a star is because I manually had to set the voltage to 1.35V to match Crucial's spec's. My Asus Z790 board only wanted to apply 1.25V in Auto mode (which probably would have been fine anyways). Other than that: set XMP II (XMP I is Asus-tweaked timings), 5600 Profile #2, and you're done.
