I love this idea and there isn’t an airport or restaurant where I don’t tell people about this product BUT there has to be a better cord system or can you make it wireless? I truly love this screen but the cord from March is already messed up.

I purchased my monitor last October and shortly after the magnet just didn’t work on one side. I was using a little block to keep the monitor upright for over 3 months. I then decided to reach out to the seller and over a two day emails back and forth they offer to sent me a new monitor. I was very thankful and surprised of how thoroughly and efficient the process was. They actually sent a new monitor to me and I returned the broken one. Great customer services, I tell all my teammates about this monitor. Works like magic. I needed 2 screens when I work from home to help me work more efficient. Love my extra screen. It makes a world of difference.

This screen is...just ok, I paid half-price because it was a returned product, considering I paid half-price is fine. The quality is ok, 1080p but there is an issue with brightness, it is not that it is not bright enough, the thing is, the brightness of the screen is just all right. Mounting was pretty straightforward, there's a manual that teaches you how to set everything. The screen is a tiny bit loose, the screen falls like 3mm, you put a small piece of plastic or paper to set it straight. The magnets are...ugh, they come with a small glue to add them to the back of the laptop, they are not very strong.

Monitor is good. The only thing I did not like is the magnets that they ship with it. Come on those magnets are like toys. If I'm buying this for a second monitor for my laptop is because I want to use it anywhere! If I use it to work on the couch, it falls off because of those cheap magnets you send with it. I had to buy true magnets and its fine after that, I can use it anywhere I want now.

The product is great but assumes it will be used on a table. The instructions sate the frame needs to be mounted right on the edge as to touch the table when the laptop is open and the screen extended. This is unusable on your laps, the screen is just to large and the magnets too few to hold it straight and the screen slowly gets lower and lower and risks falling off the magnets. I still give it 4 starts because it's easy to just buy some extra 3mm magnets on amazon. That's what I did and now it's perfect. Also I have another brand which is brighter but this one is also not bad at all, just not as bright, could be a good thing for battery life though.
