Targus Cypress Hero Backpack with EcoSmart Bl, Black, 15.6

I had high hopes and so waiting to receive this backpack due to many positive reviews and also the brand reputation. Here are my issues with this bag: 1. It doesn't have enough space as I thought, 2. The handle is very uncomfortable. 3. The laptop pocket is very loose, I wish it had a strap to secure the laptop inside the pocket. 4. As you can see in the photo I shared, the left shoulder strap is stitched closer to the side compared to the right one. And when I checked the stitching from inside I noticed that the multi-thread stitching is not fully covering the width of the strap. This means the left strap has less stitching support which may result in getting teared off after few uses. How come the quality check didn't catch this manufacturing defect?! Unfortunately I have to return it but I still give it 3 stars because it looks like good quality product and the delivery was super fast.

Amazing bag for everyday use!

Love how this bag has so many zippered compartments. I had borrowed a friend's and it was fantastic. Ordered others during Cyber Monday sales and returned because they just aren't as good. This one was a little more pricey, but worth it the way it has so many compartments w/zippers to help you stay organized on the road!

If you’re looking for a travel backpack this is kot the one, it’s very compartmentalized so not good for clothes other than electronics.

The straps do not stay in place and loosen every time I use it, but it does not bother me much and the bag is otherwise perfect. It stands upright on its own really well.
