Verbatim Bluetooth Speaker System Red 70225

Used it only twice after I bought it, about 15 minutes each time, and barely one month later it is not working. It can't be charged up.

The sound through this speaker is just ok. I've heard better, but I have also heard worse. This speaker didn't hold up to the use it was put through for very long and stopped working after about 3 months of 5 days a week of use. This would be an ok speaker if you are just looking for something to use once in a great while, but not if you are planning on using it every day.

My daughter loves this little speaker. It's perfect for her bedroom or when she goes out to play with her friends outside. It's not the best sound quality, but it's great for portability. It's very easy to synch up and there is a little lag when you first connect it, but after that it's fine. It's very durable-she's dropped it a few times and it still works great. Overall, she really enjoys it.

There's a lot to like about this little cube speaker ... the sound quality, the portability, the price ... and I was able to pair it quickly and easily with my iPhone. My only complaint is that I cannot find a way to successfully pair it with my PC. I have another wireless speaker (shaped like a hockey puck) that paired easily with my Windows 10 PC, and now I can listen to all my playlists and favorite music on iTunes out on my deck on a warm afternoon. I hoped I would be able to do that with this Verbatim cube, because the hockey-puck wireless speaker doesn't hold a charge very long. This Verbatim cube is superior to the hockey puck in every way ... except that when I pair it with my Windows PC, it only shows up as "headphones," which means the only way I can listen to it is by using headphones through the PC jack. That defeats the purpose of having a wireless speaker. What I CAN do with the Verbatim speaker is listen to the Amazon music app on my iPhone. The Verbatim speaker has a better range and better sound that the hockey puck. In fairness, I could also listen to all my iTunes music on the Verbatim speaker if I loaded all my music from my PC onto my iPhone, but I have like 8,000 songs and that would take up too much space on my iPhone. I realize I'm a dinosaur because I still have a desktop PC with a large hard drive to store all my music, and if you have all your music on your smarphone or an app to play music from your smartphone, then this Verbatim speaker is a nice way to listen to that music with better sound quality.

This has a slightly muffled sound. It's not a great speaker for the value. I expected better for this brand, but it's really just ok. I get better sound out of another speaker that was about half the price.
