Tripp Lite N201-010-GN 10 Feet Cat6 Gigabit Snagless Patch Cable RJ45M/M (Green)

Not sure what really to say about these cables. They worked fine out of the box and have performed fine for me since. They remain flexible and the connectors are in great shape.

First of all, I did not give a rating for "stretch" even though there was a 5-star rating for that feature. This is a CAT6 cable, they should have no "stretch" to them, as they are not a pair of jeans! That aside, and back to my reason for review. The color that shows online is NOT the color this cable comes in. I still am giving it a 5 star review, because it is an excellent cable, well constructed, and I love the snag-free ridges that are molded into the boot. My problem is that I purchased this cable to best match a wall in my living room, which is a sort of sea green. The cable is for a PoE wireless AP that is mounted to the ceiling, and my wife wanted one that was "not that blue color." I showed her this cable, as I had chosen it for color as the lightest green among available patch cables; and the wife looked at it and approved. I received the cable, and quickly realized it is not the shade green that was pictured. This is a dark green, more like a hunter green. I don't fault Tripp-Lite, as I could see even in taking photos with my own camera that the auto-white-balance on my camera was visibly changing the color in the on-screen image to a Kelly green. I took two photos of the cable, one with and one without a white LED spot light, and you can see in the images that they appear to be two different colors. So, be warned if you are buying for color. Look at my images if you are ordering for color. The one of two images that appears darker green is closest to the actual color of the cable.

Have many Tripp Lite Cat6 & Cat5 cables. Construction is great.

Needed to attach a few more devices thru an 8-port switch, and needed both short and medium length ethernet cables. Have used several brands in the past, including Belkin, Tripp Lite and "no-names". Tripp Lite is heavier duty (both the exterior insulation and the internal wires) and the snagless connectors are great quality. Wouldn't use any other brand at this point!

I've purchased many or most of the brands of Cat6 cable that Amazon sells, and I have settled on the feeling that Tripp Lite is my favorite brand of Cat5 cabling. Performance on most you buy is the same, but these things are made with the higest quality sheathing of any that I've tried. They perform as well, but are extra durable. (I reviewed several lengths of this Tripp Lite cable, and they all performed equally. If my review looks similar, it is! They all performed exceptionally.)
