It fits and works well.

I bought this for a replacement in a Tripp Lite 1500VA. I put it in and everything checkout no alerts and then first thing in the morning I get a call from my plant manager saying there's a weird smell coming from the IDF network cabinet. I go take a look....mind you via scissor lift and open up the front panel and there is battery acid all over the bottom of the unit. I could not pull it out because the batteries had swelled up.

My battery in a large Triplite backup tower was way over expiration although the system was still working. I replaced the battery very easily and everything is still working.

Decided to buy a replacement unit rather then replace the batteries in the failed unit.. In the future I will rebuild the old unit...

It is an exact replacement but during shipping the tape that holds what are actually two batteries face to face was torn. Made inserting the replacement more work than it should have been.
