Syncing is a headache

I would give this watch AND its accompanying app zero stars if possible. The watch will not stay connected to the phone, regardless of how many times I restart the phone or the app, trying to work out "glitches." The "glitches" are actually just functions of the watch that do not work - except the pedometer but that still requires numerous restarts as well. The watch does not even have the correct time anymore! Not suprised though - that Kardashian name is garbage too.

No continuous heart rate

Cute watch, but I bought this for the purpose of monitoring my heart and loved that it was so much cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for because I definitely doesn’t allow you to track 24/7. Only in that moment.

Very bad

Don’t be fooled by the name. This is a cheap smartwatch. Went through two one didn’t last 24 battery full. Next one went black and never turned back on. Returned

Watch is cute, but cute is not enough

My daughter's previous smart watch stopped working after 6 months, so I got this one for her. She loves how it looks and believed it works much like the previous one she had. However, this accompanying app allows you to track your calories with one MAJOR problem. When she typed in the name of the midmorning snack she ate the app populated a caloric value 2.5 times higher than the food package dictates. There is no way to delete it or amend it to the accurate value. She wrote customer support and they confirmed there is no way to delete erroneous data. If within the app you can not alter or delete incorrectly populated data then what is the point of offering that feature? Then less than 30 days, the strap broke so we returned it and ordered another. Now the touch screen doesn't work so she cant access the watches features, sending back, wont reorder.
