This frame is 100% garbage. It was already falling apart. It has such a cheap look you would think it’s made out of cardboard. Flash card didn’t work. Sd card didn’t work. Photo app was keep crushing. You can only upload 9 pictures at a time, it takes forever to upload and app was keep crashing so I had to start over. This thing drove me crazy while trying to set up. DO NOT recommend.

I picked this frame specifically because it was advertised to be compatible with Google photos. It isn't. Only whatever photos you have on the device you choose to connect with it. Even if it was, the interface is poorly designed. If you add or take away photos you have to manually click on the photo you want shown on the frame to enlarge it to full screen each time. So forget giving others access to add photos, you'll constantly have to be clicking on photos to start the slideshow again. Not to mention the clock and calendar that they place almost in the center bottom of the slideshow with no way to hide it or move it. Blocks a lot of detail in your photos. On top of that all the frame is just a frame that you could probably find at the dollar store with a paper matte surrounding the frame, loosely attached to the tablet. For $100+ I expected better. Other than all that, it does show photos? So it does the bare minimum....

After turning it on and checking out the screen. I'll be returning this immediately. In Short: Absolutely not worth buying the 13.3" model, this is not an IPS screen, but a TN panel with horrible viewing angles. I can't speak on the other sizes, nor can I compare this to similarly priced Wifi Picture Frames. Upon initial setup, I was underwhelmed, picture quality, and colors were decent, but turning screen left and right to check viewing angles really started to desaturate the picture and make it appear washed out. IPS screens are generally very good at keeping a decent picture at any viewing angle. I thought perhaps this is just a very cheap IPS screen, but this wasn't the case. I had decided to stand the physical frame up in portrait mode, since a majority of picture we'd be sending to device would be from a phone. As soon as I did this, and looked at the viewing angles I immediately noticed that this was not an IPS panel, but a TN panel. The viewing angle from this orientation is so poor it's practically unusable. This product page says multiple times that is an IPS panel, one of the main reasons I was comfortable with initially making this purchase. Well now I'm very disappointed. I know not everyone is well versed in LCD screen panel technology. So I included a couple examples in it's portait orientation, as well as an example of discoloration seen in IPS vs TN panels. It's blatantly obvious we are dealing with a TN panel. To verify this, I checked the panel my frame came with an: LG LP133WX3-TLA5. Only to find out that YES, it is a TN panel. If you leave this on its side, and have a room that won't be showing the screen at particularly wide viewing angles, the picture quality is perfectly serviceable for most people. The simple Fact they plaster all over that the screen is IPS (generally great viewing angles), but instead the panel is TN (Terrible viewing angles). I couldn't really recommend anyone buy a product that is misinforming its customers, even if most of them wouldn't notice.
