Got this to span the outer edge of my office and then swing around the back of my desk. No other cable I had was long enough to reach but this one is perfect. Connections snap nicely into place. Color is bright and the wire is thick and well made. No complaints. Would definitely buy again.

Some patch cable has ends that not intended for regular disconnection. Whereas, this cable is easy to connect and disconnect. I have used it regularly for a month and the connectors are still secure. I like the bright yellow because I have to run the cable across a floor to a wall outlet.

I have never been disappointed with any Tripp Lite cable, whether it be CAT 6, SATA, DVI, VGA or whatever. I used to make my own CAT 5 cables, mostly for economy's sake, but current prices are so reasonable it doesn't make sense, even for long cables. Also look into Tripp Lite surge suppressors and DVM switches. They're both first rate.
