It really works well. I tried a couple of different mix and the texture was always very nice. I was impressed and my family was as well!

Absolutely love this machine. It is about the size of our Ninja large coffee maker. We use it to make lower-calorie and high-protein alternatives to store bought ice cream and it works great for that. It does taste some experimenting with but there are tons of YouTube videos you can find with recipes and tips to use. It is also great for normal ice cream and comes with a handy recipe book to use. Be aware that the machine is pretty powerful, so it is loud. When we run it we sometimes with step into another room. This isn’t too much of an issue but if you are sensitive to noise be careful. It is also important that you clean the blade, container, and lid after each use so bacteria doesn’t grow. We do this by hand and dishwasher and it is fine. It’s a great little machine that does need to be maintained, but that maintenance is very easy and is totally worth the ease of use of being able to make ice cream at home. Would recommend!

The ninja creami comes with good instructions and is a great machine to have at home. I love the ability to make one containers worth of sorbet and have different kinds on the go at once. I suggest buying extra containers so you can try all kinds of stuff with friends and family. I do not regret this purchase in the heat and lemon sorbet is the family favorite.
