Return and Exchange Policy
For products found to be defective within 15 days from date of order delivered, return instructions and replacement will be issued by DealTargets.com. Some manufacturers require return, replacement or repair be addressed directly by them. If this is the case DealTargets.com will provide necessary instruction. Please confirm manufacturer policies prior to purchase by either reaching out to the manufacturer directly or contacting DealTargets.com.
After 15 days from purchase date ALL product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Opened – In accordance with our manufacturer return policies there are NO returns for opened non-defective product.
Unopened (Factory Sealed) – All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 20%, $ 10.00 minimum, restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Refurbished – All refurbished products comes with 30 Days Deal Targets warranty. No returns will be accepted on non-defective refurbished products.
Before returning any item, it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Returns Department for return instructions via email to CS@dealtargets.com.
Returns must include all original parts and packing materials and a DealTargets.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or the return will be rejected. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. All approved returns must be shipped to our dedicated warehouse.
For non-defective returns customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be shipped prepaid. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to DealTargets.com. DealTargets.com recommends that you send your return via a trackable service with appropriate insurance.
Credits may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned merchandise. A credit will not begin processing until we have received and verified the returned product.
If an item becomes discontinued after purchase, we reserve the right to refund the product back instead of shipping a replacement.
Return and Exchange Of Items Used for Mining and Farming Cryptocurrencies
DealTargets.com will not return, exchange, or provide warranty service for any product that has been used outside of its intended purpose (e.g., cryptocurrency mining and farming). Due to the excessive wear on components used for cryptocurrency mining and farming, DealTargets.com will not cover any product(s) that has been used for this purpose. All products will be tested, and parameters of use will be looked at before granting return, exchange, or warranty service. Any product that has been deemed used for mining and/or farming will not be accepted for return or exchange. However, customers may still go directly to the manufacturer for all warranty claims that DealTargets.com has declined.
Final Sales Products
In addition to manufacturer restrictions, the following products are final sale items and are not returnable to DealTargets.com for refund or exchange for any reason:
No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, custom configured products, Electronic Download Software, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as “no returns” or carries a similar description on the products’ page.
Damaged Box & Shipping Discrepancies
Our customers must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Damaged in transit and shipping discrepancies must be reported to Deal Targets within 2 business days. We ask our customers to take photos of the shipping box and contents and to retain the shipping box or packaging for review.
If the shipping discrepancy is reported after 2 business days, we reserve the right to not be held responsible as ownership and liability ends when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. We will however do our best to assist you and may conduct an investigation on your shipment with the carriers.
