I use this versatile lamp beside my bed, in my home office, and I even have one at church where I need extra light when I play the piano for services two weeks a month. The lamp can be aimed in just about any direction. It would be great in you guys' shops.

Great desk light. Convenient USB port for charging my phone. The pivot base and pivot light bar allows to adjust the angle to prevent glare.

Saw this light in a hotel we had stayed at and loved it there. Bought this one and am not disappointed. Like the adjustable brightness as well as the different light temperatures possible. The USB plug on the base is an added benefit I have found handy. The fixture is very adjustable and has worked great for my needs.

This is a pretty solid lamp and I like it. I actually saw one at work on a coworkers desk and after playing with it a bit decided I needed one for home. It's pretty much as described but there's only 4 light mix settings... if there's more, you won't notice more than 4. The warm light looks VERY warm, almost like a sodium lamp (those big street lights that buzz). Because of the slim arm and light weight, it will lean very far out away from the base. As for my title: I'd be a little happier if it was about $10-15 less expensive but I went ahead and bought it, so I guess it's worth the money. I'll update this review if it doesn't hold up over time.
