First is says 2tb ssd but it's 1tb what you get. Then the biggest problem is the 2nd screen has worst view angel plus bad sun light reflection at day time. The 2nd screen support nothing els apps shortcut bottom user face =0%.Only Ads has few shortcut buttons with photoshop. Cooling system is super bad ,loud same as razer laptop 10years ago desgin fan technology. Gaming is horrible for fps 3d gaming,This rtx 4060 is detune and low wattage support I checked Google why. Overall 3499 mid high end price,I would say u can just buy a MacBook pro to make your $ worth. Also the killing me things is the battery standby time,my is only runs about 1hr something for google chrome and office using without plug-in power supply. This is crazy bad,I can't believe 2023 has this kind numbers for mid high-end laptop. I'm a ASUS user,But this laptop is too bad. Only 1star. listen us and check other reviews. DO NOT BUY IT.

It's bittersweet which is signature asus these days. It's 1tb ssd.

There wasn't really anything else around for what I'm looking for and this has the cool second screen and is touch screen with a pen which is super duper handy for workflows. It just sucks asus did it. I docked 1 star because it's 1tb ssd. Not 2tb ssd. I docked 2 more stars for the bloatware/adware. This is the signature asus part.. you pay for more power and quality hardware but what you get is closer to some other more affordable brand with slightly lower specs because asus stuff is heavily weighed down by its terrible unnecessary software. Too bad the better options are always sold out. I got this on sale and it was what I could get so I'm keeping it but, yeah. If you want to deal with constant and unavoidable ads, this right here! It seems asus partnered with McAfee. On my first day with it and not even on it for long, I got multiple fear mongering pop-ups screeching for me to purchase products :/. I mean.. youtube asks for 5 dollars a month to be ad free. You spend thousands on asus and don't get even that courtesy on top of their bloatware. It's pretty silly. That being said, the second screen IS truly super nice and the ability to choose grid layout for how things sit everywhere is nice too. I'm very excited to transfer my music making software over and literally paint the midi in with a pen. I'm also excited to use this as an assistant to my 3d rendering home pc by sclupting 3d assets and characters with the pen before transfering them over for the bigger more laborous part of animating. The dual thunderbolt ports will be amazing for plugging in hubs for music hardware and it's small and extremely mobile to boot.. it's a little buggy already with the included mouspad/buttons just randomly not really working right but I plan to plug a mouse in so I'm not terribly mad about that. The "try it" parts of the tutorial for using the 2nd screen and some tools don't work at all. I had to exit the tutorial altogether to "try it" lol. Microsoft is still annoying with their own harassments for cloud storage. Sheesh. It's like these companies aren't loaded rich enough... I can assure them 1000% that they already have far more than me so they need to chill. So yeah. Bitter sweet. It's for you if you're OK with dealing with these downsides.

Leaves a lot to be desired at this price point

Bought this and returned it for multiple reasons. Firstly it is being listed as 2TB drive, but, comes with 1TB and this isn't the vendors fault as many sites have this so must be ASUS. The battery life is absolutely horrendous with maybe 3 hrs of web browsing and YouTube on Chrome. The second screen is an IPS vs the main OLED making the color and contrast very different between the two. The secondary screen also doesn't have auto brightness etc highlighting the mismatch between the two screens even more. Performance wasn't great on battery either, with just multiple instances of Chrome on the two screens. I would avoid this year's model for the price.

It's ONLY good for Adobe, nothing else

The media could not be loaded. I don't recommend this product unless most of your time is Adobe editing. 1. Screen itself is good, but the build is very bad. you can see in my video that, the screen will swing for like 5 sec after each tap on the screen, it feels something is lose in the screen, and the screen will never stay firm if you are tapping a lot on the screen. 2. The second screen gives you an option for multi-tasking. However, the second screen can only zoom up to 125%, unlike the primary screen can zoom up to 300%(default zoom is 200%). That being said, if you put a browser on the second screen, or email, the text on the second screen will be very small. And it often causes display issues when dragging apps between two screens since their zoom level are different. You can't simply unify 125% zoom on both screens, pretty sure your eyes will go blind after minutes of work. 3. Software support for the second screen is very bad. The second screen has a floating toolbar that offers quick access like mute, snipping, etc. But it will block content like browser in full screen. The ProArt gives you many simulated bars for Adobe software, but that's it, It's basically useless for almost all other apps. I saw the advertisements that ProArt supports excel/word/PPT, but the bars are system volume, screen brightness, and zoom. What does it have to do with Office??? It's not a toolbar. 4. It has two screens, but when you run games in "Fullscreen" mode, your mouse will still go out of the primary screen into the second screen, which will minimize your game and back to desktop. I can't solve the issue but turn off the second screen, which loses the point you can see chat while gaming on both screens. But when you use "Borderless" mode, say, League of Legends, you simply can't move your camera down, the mouse will go to the second screen. Another thing I am not sure about is that it seems the duo screen might mess up the GPU power allocation. 4060 is a very powerful video card, but I had only 40fps in World of Tanks, driver issue? 5. Constant tiny lags when dragging windows, even very light used. Overall, really can't say it's as good as advertised, and I am disappointed due to high expectations and the $3600 cost.
