I started contact with the company before the warranty had run out. I tried everything I was instructed to do. I stated from the start that I had absolutely no response from any computer using every cable I have, even the one from my lower capacity Transcend external hard drive on multiple computers. There has been no acknowledgment from any computer. I have spent a lot of time trying each cable on many computers with no recognition that there has been anything new connected from any computer. I received “how did we do” surveys only. I am very unsatisfied with what I feel is a lack of care & concern for your customers.
