Après l'initialisation dans le PC, je l'utilise comme SSD externe. La vitesse de transfert des données orbite près de 300 mo/sec.
you will need to have access to disk cloning utilities and knowledge of drive partitioning/formatting if you want to get the most benefit from the storage unit - totally revived a lenovo with 8th gen Intel cpu that had a 5400 rpm hdd that this replaced. A+
I've owned these for 3 years now without issue. I've also used this brand on my brother's build. Anytime friends ask me for an SSD recommendation all roads lead here. They're fast, reliable, and great for gaming. It looks like the price has even gone down a ton since I last bought them, so maybe I'll be in the market for a third. Anyway, I highly recommend them if you're looking for a good SSD.
Samsung's classic SATA SSD is built to last and offers rock-solid reliability. My first Samsung SSD was the 840 model from 2015 or so. It was originally my Windows OS drive until I replaced it with an 850 model. Now the 840 is a backup drive in an external enclosure. THE POINT IS that after 8 years, that old 840 is still working like a champ. That is what I meant by the rock-solid reliability of Samsung SSDs. Since the 840, I have used the 850 and 860 models over the years. Those models are still in service and run like tops. Though my new 870 has only been in use for about a month, it has run without a single glitch, and I expect it will last a long time too. It is true that the Samsung SATA SSDs are no longer the fastest drives around (though their speed is respectable enough for non-gaming PCs). HOWEVER, the fact that I have never ever had a Samsung SSD fail is a tremendous advantage for people who use their PC for critical work. (I have had faster Crucial and Sandisk SSDs but those popular brands wore out after only a couple of years of use.)
Great product at reasonable price. Loaded windows 10 on it after an HDD failure and now my pc boots up in 38 seconds as opposed to 14 minutes with a mechanical drive!!
